Refund Policy

1. Overview
We want refunds to be straightforward and fair. This policy explains when refunds are available for one-time credit purchases and subscriptions sold through OpenPromptLib.
2. Automatic generation refunds
If an image generation request fails on our side, the credits used for that request are refunded automatically to your account balance. You do not need to contact support for routine generation failures.
3. One-time credit purchases
Purchased credits are generally non-refundable once they have been granted to your account, because they unlock immediate access to digital services and do not expire.
We may consider exceptions in cases such as:
- Duplicate charges
- Accidental purchases reported promptly
- Technical issues that prevented you from receiving the credits you paid for
4. Subscriptions
Subscription fees are billed in advance. Canceling a subscription stops future renewals but does not automatically refund the current billing period.
If a subscription charge is refunded, the related subscription entitlements may be removed, including subscription credits and access to subscriber-only features.
5. How to request a refund
Email us at billing@openpromptlib.com within a reasonable time after the charge. Please include:
- The email address used for your purchase
- The order or subscription details
- A short explanation of the issue
6. Response time
We aim to respond to refund-related support requests within 3 business days. If a refund is approved, the final timing of the credit back to your payment method depends on your payment provider.
