Acceptable Use Policy

1. Purpose

OpenPromptLib provides AI prompt browsing and AI image generation tools. You may only use the service in lawful, safe, and non-abusive ways.

2. Prohibited content and behavior

You may not use OpenPromptLib to create, request, promote, or distribute:

• NSFW, sexually explicit, or sexually suggestive content
• Content involving minors in any sexualized context
• Harassment, hate speech, or violent extremist content
• Graphic violence or gore intended to shock or harm
• Illegal activities, fraud, scams, or impersonation
• Face-swap, deceptive deepfake, or non-consensual identity manipulation
• Attempts to bypass moderation, safety rules, limits, or payment controls

3. Platform integrity

You may not:

• Use automation to abuse checkout, credits, queues, or generation endpoints
• Share, resell, or exploit the service in ways that violate our pricing or subscription rules
• Reverse engineer or probe the platform in a way that threatens security or availability

4. Enforcement

We may block prompts, refund failed generations, suspend access, freeze billing-related actions, or terminate accounts when we detect policy violations, fraud, chargeback abuse, or other harmful behavior.
