Three Chicks March Across Floury Bakery Kitchen at Dawn

a bakery kitchen just after dawn, where three fluffy chicks have wandered in from the yard and are marching boldly across a patch of spilled flour toward a basket of fresh bread rolls, leaving tiny footprints behind them. The baker turns in surprise from the worktable. Chalk-pastel-and-gouache illustration, powdery texture, warm morning light, buttery bakery colours and a cheerful mischievous mood.
