2 - Close Up: The girlfriend is violently pulled into the darkness by invisible forces. The hero reaches for her hand but she's torn away, leaving only her locket in his palm.
3 - Extreme Close Up: The hero clutches the golden heart-shaped locket she left behind. Inside is their photo together. He closes his fist in determination.
4- Wide Shot: The hero stands at the edge of an ancient, cursed forest. Dead trees twist toward a blood-red sky. A weathered sign warns 'Abandon All Hope'.
